I need a windows application that can flash arm chipset. it can be done with jlink sdk or jlink scripts. I think it can be done shortly. And also need to get ESP32 flash downloader on windows. these program should be run on windows system and will use jlink and usb-uart converter. If you can program with jlink sdk or its script, it is very simple. we can discuss on chat.

Hello, automation Engineer here. I already implemented a few windows installers for the ESP32. One question though, you are asking for a program that can DOWNLOAD the code from the board to the PC? or a program that can UPLOAD the code from the PC to the Board? I can build either of those, but I usually make them using BATCH files that I later convert into .EXE. For sure I can try to replicate the same results with my method on your Jlink. My code is currently being used on a Chinese PCBA factory to upload codes into ESP8266 (WEMOS D1) and ESP32 (Wemos D32) with great success. I can provide u a few pictures of the uploader if needed, and maybe you can provide me a few links for that Jlink. But if you really intent to DOWNLOAD the code from the board to the PC, I can do this as well on ESP32, but the board must have no code protections enabled.
