Countdown and buzzer

I'm Alberto from mexico, I can do the job easily, with arduino or raspberry pi, the one how likes you more, I can use a keyboard with an up and down buttons, a select button and change setting button. If you want to use an internal battery without increase too much the cost, I think is better to use Arduino, and it's a very simple task, so it will be good with arduino.
