Job Description:
It is an elliot oscillator... that has two lower and upper bands... when it exceeds the upper one, it seeks the maximum of the band... that contains at least 7 bars... but if the maximum is in bar 3... that it take that maximum... because now it is taking the maximum from bar 7 onwards... from there it draws a few lines for me, then everything else works perfectly for me... that would be when it is higher than the upper band and also when it is lower to the lower band... it would be bullish and bearish
