People Tracking in video using OpenCV and Python, the video is a thermal camera recording of people walking around a pool, we would like to be able to count the people in the scene and if any enter or exit the pool. At a minimum the total number of people in the scene and how many people are in the pool and how many are out of the pool. The current video only has at a maximum of 2 people at one time in the scene.
