scam fund recovery -- 2

I have been scammed by 2 people and am looking for someone to help me get my money back. The transactions were made through Binance and I have information including: bitcoin wallet addresses, PayPal email, name (could be alias), Instagram accounts, chat history, fake websites used, etc. I have contacted my banks, customer service of Binance, the police in both my local town, and city (both of which said they could not help me.) I also contacted the specific department that deals with online scamming and fraud, and was basically told it wasn't worth their effort. I've for quite a while had very poor mental and physical health which got me desperate for money to try and improve my situation which instead put blinders up to all the red flags I saw, and caused me to put myself in a worse position. I've in total lost $13 444.11 CAD, which is everything I had. That being said I obviously cannot pay upfront, but if the funds are able to be recovered I'd be more than happy to pay of course.
