Software for TMS processors written in "C"

I require a software writer who is very competent in “C”; works quickly and keeps in regular communication. I have a circuit board which has two processors; STM32F429 and a STM32L152.
There are the usual control switches and a LCD screen. Basically the system generates a sinewave which is fed through a variable resistance circuit. The drop in amplitude of the sinewave is measured and recorded in a file.
I have a bootstrap program that is written and stable and also several application programs. I need several additional programs written and some of the existing programs modified. There will be ongoing maintenance work and also an AI – machine learning – project if the freelancer is capable.
I have the existing source code and notes plus correspondence over the past 3 years. The existing Freelancer is in ill health and cannot continue but will communicate with a new person if he is able.
This delay in software development is causing us problems so we need someone who has the time available and can start producing results quickly.
