Can you please provide some details about the existing "Paper form". 1- Does it(Paper form) need to be converted to a Desktop based application ? 2-Does it(Paper form) need to be converted to a Web based application ? 3-Is it a Nested form with multiple steps or a single form having specific information about particular business ?
