It is necessary to develop software (for Windows 10) to send messages and files via Viber and/or Telegram.
The program interface is attached.
Functionality:
1. Templates of the messages should be saved after closing the software.
2. Ability to edit the messages templates.
3. Support: Viber, Telegram, SMS (via API like turbo SMS).
4. Button to send messages, pause sending, cancel sending.
5. The message can contain text, photo / video or other file.
6. Ability to specify a delay before sending a message.
7. Ability to edit the number of messages.
8. Show the status of the message sendign processs.
9. Ability to choose that will be used to send messages.
