letter and sign calculation program

Hey folks, How do you do? I have windows form project written in c# and I need to know that could we convert to windows form entirely to the web application? I know there is no convert tool, windows form to web application. But still I need a solution. I have windows form called "letter and sign calculation program" which displays the images coordinates and calculations. When I upload an image, there is a [login to view URL] working in the background, It displays such as some calculation of total image area, coordinates of X - Y. After It uploads the image, then to be specific, I set some data and numbers by adding data into the inputs such as choosing the image's material (cooper, stainless steel or someother), adding Its deptness, checking if it has a led lightining features etc. Now the problem is I want to convert this windows form to the new web application so clients/users should able to work from web pages. Is there any solution for this ? Is there any programmer who have the required/related skills? Thank you very much For Any answer I would be glad
