Need help with a Blazor Web application

I am working on a Blazor Web application and want to implement a dropdown list that gets populated with backend data stored in an MS SQL Table. Depending on the dropdown list selection, I want the frontend Web Page to dynamically change (hide some content based on the dropdown selection).
I essentially need somebody to coach me via screen-share and walk me through the programming necessary to do this. I will pay by the hour.
