REST WebAPI File Uploader for IIS

Hi! I offer you my skills for your task. I have long term development skills for asp.net projects. But i have some questions - what about authentification before uploading file (with or without) and path for save file on server side. For path - i can store virtual folder into [login to view URL] file and you can change according to real server. And additionally - what about answer about successfully uploading: do you have requirment or this is for my choice?
