I need someone to make a reliable and robust C# code that can predict the direction of a random Financial Time Series given past information. I need to be able to test the code for its accuracy. I am looking for someone, experienced with C# and also mathematical Kalman Filters. I have a c# code, the kalman filter is not working correctly. IT needs to be fixed. Also I want some modifications in the program as well. Please inquire more information only if you are a extremely good C# programmer and also know about Kalman Filters.
