Hi, I have worked on several Arduino/Raspberry pi/Microcontroller projects. Here I am listed 4th because the project skills are selected as c#, pcb layout etc and missing Arduino. Anyway, I can help in hardware design and software coding. I am not in to pcb design. I believe you are designing a weather station that will installed remotely and that will either transmit data in real time or will work as logging device. We can create this using Arduino or arduino with raspberry pi etc. Let me know more information about tihs project. Thanks!

I have designed total weather station (wind,rainfall,albedometer,pyrheliometer,pyranometer, humidity and many others environmental parameters) for 15 years using different uC x51,ARM, ATMEGA328 we have a multilayer PCB design (10) PCB manufacturing system in Gujarat.

Wow, that's a great project. Since you are looking for a person from China, I may not be the best candidate. But I communicate with manufacture over skype or other media. Still, if you are not interested, please let me know if there are any arduino/Atmel/PIC jobs I can work with you in remote basis,. I'm a just passed out Electronic Engineer currently working with a USA based company remotely, on their product series(Embedded system design : spec to product). I have enough free time (4 hours/ day) so I can work with you remotely.
