Application info: - web application for deployment on local network - technology to use: - C#, MVC, .NET, Entity framework - SQL Server (for database) (also Linq for querrys) - frontend: arbitrarily components (need some kind of DataTables with functions of searching, sorting, grouping and basic CRUD operations) - modules: - Products (ProductCard[all inputs and outputs]) - Contacts *Contacts can also be buyer / supplier *possibility of making temporary [Contact] (for creating faster Offers) - Offers (possibility of making temporary [Product] witch will become [Product] in [Order]) - Orders (2 types of orders: Internal[from buyer to us] and External[from us to external partner]) - Work orders - Turnovers: *InputInvoices *OutputInvoices *Input/Output documents (for processing warehouse quantitys) *Modul for processing bank reports (to mark what invoices are payed) - Reports (reports that would be useful [TBD]) - Warehousing - Admin *Work prices *VAT informations *Numbering (document prefixes and numbers) *Users (Application users with permissions, Day reports) - application flows: 1. [Offer] - we offer service to buyer 2. [Order] - after buyer accepts/pays, we create Internal [Order] with connection to [Offer] - connection with [Offer] not mandatory (as buyers can repeat order, for what we just need new Internal order) - turn all temporary products to [Product] (if we have this product first time) - turn temporary contact to [Contact] (if it is new buyer) 3. [WorkOrder] - must have at least 1 Internal [Order] reference but can also have multiple orders - can contain multiple External [Orders] (examlple: external printing) - from WorkOrder we can create Output document with Output invoice - notes: * technical documentation (full description and functionality will be provided for easier understanding what I need)
