Help with A Easy Bot

Hello, I am looking for someone to program a bot for me for 4chan. On 4chan, you actually do not have to login, everything is "anonymous". There are no registered users! I want this bot to run in the background, and submit replies to a thread and essentially "bumping" the thread. I will post the thread manually, then run the bot, all the bot will do is submit replies, which is very simple. If it is possible, I will be willing to pay extra to someone who can make the program with a text box where I can submit my thread through, but as I said, my main objective is to get it to submit replies in the background while I do other work. The thing is the bot needs to work with PHProxy which is a program I use at the moment to avoid getting banned. But all of that should be pretty simple and straight forward. A suggestion for needing to use the exact URL's would be that you have a text box where I would copy and paste the exact url and click enter or something and then the bot would know what URL to go to.
