convert images into dxf files

We are an ornamental iron and door company based outside of Memphis, TN. We design and build doors with ornate scroll work that we cut using CNC plasma and laser cutters. We design custom doors that are all different sizes but use stock images to get customers approval. Once they have approved, we have to convert those images into CAD line drawings so that they can be converted to a .dxf file for the machines to cut. We currently outsource this to a company in China, but are looking for another source, since they cannot handle the volume we are looking for. We would are looking for someone who can do at least 3-5 of these per day.
