I would model each component in 3D CAD, using the dimensions implied by a typical industrial setup so they are to scale. The storage tanks would be cylindrical with all their fittings, also the clarifier would get its internal structure and external housing, so the filter press would be detailed with its plates and frame. Annotations would be placed directly on the model geometry where space allows, so also in callouts pointing to specific features. I'd build the storage tanks first, then the clarifier adjacent to them, and finally place the filter press so the pipe runs between them are logical. My question is about the material specified for the storage tanks, is that a firm requirement or can it be adjusted based on load. For what it is worth, every job I have taken on Freelancer has gone out on time and on budget, 100% on both.
