Microstation Connect Custom Workset/Workspace, Seed File, Line styles, etc.

I am the client deliverables manager at GPRS. We use Microstation to produce CAD files for clients across the US. We currently use the microstation V8i Michigan DOT workspace with a few workarounds in order to create CAD drawings and basemaps of underground utilities. We are wanting to switch to Microstation Connect and create our own Custom Workset/Workspace, Seed File, Line styles, Cell Library, and possibly even a script or FME workspace for point processing and other automations. MDOT has a connect workset but we are wanting to make it our own. We would like to switch to truetype arial font, create custom linestyles, convert or cells into annotative, have a cleaner translation when we export into AutoCAD for clients that use that cad platform, and automate a portion of the processing. We have FME but any script automation would be useful. We can discuss actual scope prior to award.
