CCS/PHP/MYSQL Expert Required Now

We are a small UK based online marketing company with customers in the UK, US, Europe and Middle East. Due to a rapidly growing customer base we are seeking another highly talented freelance programmer. You would work remotely with our existing team in the UK to build websites using XHTML / CSS / PHP & MYSQL. Projects are typically 1 to 4 weeks in duration. Design, content and specifications are supplied enabling you to get on with the web build process. There is a close consultation process with online marketing staff to ensure that site designs are both user and search engine friendly. Ideally we expect you to have ALL of the below: > Excellent CSS / PHP & MYSQL skills. > Examples of websites that demonstrate your own talent (without 100% use of Dreamweaver!). > Initiative – common sense enough to make recommendations that may go beyond the original specification. > Excellent English language / communication skills, a good sense of humour and happy to communicate via MSN chat or phone. > Regular availability and reliability (no problems with regular power outages!). > An understanding of search engine optimisation would be a BIG bonus.
