I am looking for an experienced, certified civil engineer to install a septic tank for a franchise restaurant. The size of the property where the septic tank will be installed is less than 3 acres, and there is no existing septic system that needs to be removed. An estimated number of more than 10 people will be using the septic tank at any given time. The ideal engineer will have a firm understanding of local regulations and building codes, as well as associated safety risks. It is also preferred that the engineer have knowledge of commercial and residential building permit processes.
