I applied for a building permit and the city engineer stated that I would need an engineered grading plan submitted along with the plans that I have submitted for the structure and driveway approaching it. This plan must include a PE stamp and should include rainwater flow direction indicated with the grade.
The site survey document with corner and mid-point elevations along with my measurements of elevation at the corners of the structure are in the attached pdf document of the submitted plans.
