Prepare Bill of Quantities for Building compromise of the following:
- WORKSHOP + Labor Accommodation + Showroom and Office
- Total Built up Area of the building is around 1,000 square meter
- Offices and Showroom around 200 square meter ( Ground + First Floor)
- workshop 600 square meter ( Ground 400 square meter + Mezzanine 200 square meter)
- Labor Accommodation 210 square meter ( 3 story building size each 70 square meter )
The workshop is from steel and the rest will be from concrete
The plot area is 1,000 square meter, pictures attached is for similar project in same area
