Email traffic management cloud app

Need an email traffic management solution.
Functions and Features:
1. Receive and send emails from multiple domains (public like gmail and private like @[login to view URL])
2. Have a simple user interface to add or remove domains and users
3. Users must see and manage their mailboxes and if any, shared mailboxes/groups/tasks as email.
4. Time tracking and reporting of :
a. average time from time task assigned to completion.
b. Email response time (display to user and in report)
5. Goal is 0 email mailbox for all groups and users. Each user should be able to file away emails for future reference in an organized file folder design layout
6. Additionally users need to be assigned Superiority’s (Admin / Supervisor / manager / User)
7. Sort emails containing “Unsubscribe” to a split screen below emails sent from actual people
8. Access to this service needs to be billable to our separate developer account based on number of domains / Users / number of emails received per user.
9 . Need to have account / subscription management GUI
Final product should be hosted on AWS Lambda or I will take suggestions
