Completion of Photographer's sales website

Job Description:
I'm looking for a developer to complete a website for my photography business. The site will be an e-commerce, portfolio, website. It will need to have a custom gallery and cart, and I will be hosting the website myself.
I am a motor sport photographer, and I commissioned a developer to create a new website for my business that hosts my images, displays them for sale, and then allows login to download the images from an account.
I hired a developer on here a few weeks ago that started working on the site, but it turned out he was a scammer from China claiming to be from the Ukraine and he got kicked off Freelancer, leaving me with about 9 days to get the site to a point that it is usable for my first event.
A lot of work has been done already, you can either correct the unfinished layout on the existing code, or delete and replace elements, or start from scratch - whatever is easiest.
It is mainly to correct layout errors on the front end to match a specific folder structure and then to test the functionality ordering process and the admin section that uploads and downloads images to the database.
The ordering process is complex and the sales logic needs to follow it exactly.
I have an event on 1st April and need a solution for then.
My current site for reference of the ordering click through is picman.co.uk. It is completely out of date and doesn't have the instant download feature.
