We are looking for an ambitious community manager to help us manage our paid membership group. The role provides autonomy and solid bonuses based on performance, but you are expected to deliver results and be able to solve problems on your own.
At the Home Service Expert, we are a small hard-working team with the mission of helping 1,000 home service entrepreneurs to grow their businesses to 7-figures and beyond. The man behind the brand is Tommy Mello, a $50M entrepreneur who is well known in the home service industry for his acclaimed podcast, his Amazon best-selling book, and his hundreds of articles on top publications like Forbes, Inc Magazine, and Huffington Post.
So now to achieve our mission our next goal is to grow the paid membership group. And the community manager will be responsible for the following activities:
1 - Organize Events: We have four Zoom calls every month. Your job is to schedule these calls, make sure that attendance is high, and get all the information needed in time.
2 - Facilitate a Mastermind Call: We have a monthly mastermind call where members network amongst themselves. Your job is to just facilitate the conversation.
3 - Provide Daily Support: Answer any questions from members, look for any resources they ask for, and provide excellent customer service.
4 - Update Content Library: Upload videos from Zoom calls to our Content Library, providing their descriptions and key actions our members need to take.
5 - Run a Weekly Onboarding Call: Get on a call with new members to set them up for success.
This is a position that requires constant communication. Because of that, you must work at least half of your hours in the MST time zone.
And since we care a lot about transparency, we want you to know beforehand the budget for this position: $1,200 + bonuses.
