Mission
Your main task is to answer questions from citizens and businesses on the European Union's activities and policies via telephone, email and other channels. The entire team provides coverage in all 24 official EU languages 255 days per year. You will be supported by a Knowledge Management system to provide appropriate and timely response.
Your role includes:
- Replying directly to phone call or instant messaging enquiries
- Drafting replies to email enquiries
- Communicating in an easy-to-understand, jargon-free language about all aspects of the EU
- Dealing with citizens and business in a professional, service-oriented manner
- Identifying sensitive or complex enquiries for transfer to 2nd line Support Services
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3 year degree – EU studies is an asset
- Proven interest and evidence in European policies and developments
- Strong written and oral language skills: C2 level of English + at least two additional official EU languages including Swedish, Danish, German, Dutch, French or Italian
- Critical thinker, proactive, hands-on and solution focused approach
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
- Ability to handle stress and communicate clearly on complex matters
- Professional organisation and planning skills, including time management, priority setting and multitasking

I have a certification in software testing from CCNB (Community College of New Brunswick) in Canada, where I took courses in manual testing and automation, as well as C++ programming, Python scripting and database management. I receive my diploma on December 22, 2017.
Diploma in hand I worked for the Concentrix call center (Capital one MasterCard Canada) in the town of Riverview at New Brunsweek. Help the customer choose the best credit card that fit with their needs. Issue new credit cards, block stolen cards and track cards sent. Correct the information using the dos command.
Subsequently I worked at TECH-MAHINDRA in the town of Riverview at New Brunsweek as an Exchanges and Returns Agent. I assisted customers by phone for purchases of home supplies on the online site of Hudson Bay Canada. Prepare orders and prepare deliveries. Respond via Omni Channel in Salesforce to track the sales and all interactions regarding orders or exchanges of defective products and live management of deliveries.
I completed a semester in computer science at the Université de Moncton from January to May 2016. I also completed two years of post-secondary studies in science and engineering preparatory class.
