Hi I understand this is an Article 27 representative appointment, not simply a GDPR review. The responsibility is to remain an accessible EU point of contact for Gevelopers, its data subjects and supervisory authorities, while keeping the RoPA available and coordinating regulatory matters with your internal DPO. I can take ownership of that operating relationship under the written mandate: receive and securely route data-subject or DPA communications, maintain the relevant processing records, track regulatory response deadlines, and keep a clear escalation path to the DPO so requests don't disappear between the representative and internal team. For onboarding, I'd first confirm the mandate, EU jurisdictions/data-subject footprint, current RoPA, communication/escalation procedure and authorised contacts. That gives both sides a documented process before the representative details are published or used for regulatory correspondence.
