Advice for the purchase of a used car without mechanical faults or potential fraud and transfer of title through DMV Utah

I need help in the purchase of a used car that we can verify that it has no mechanical faults, and if it has any faults you have to be sure that they are easy and cheap to fix. I also want to avoid scams and precise help when making the ownership transfer paperwork after the purchase. My idea is to buy a used 4WD to be able to use 2 or 3 months in Park City and then sell it to recover the money. Maybe we could go to used car sales dealers to see availability and prices and then take the car to a trusted mechanic for review. If the mechanic gives the go-ahead it will go to paperwork. If the freelancer that make a bid for this job talks spanish is better yet.
