REQUIREMENT PART TIME GOVT CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Our company is looking for experienced Govt contract bidder to join us asap. You will perform a range of duties including negotiating contract terms, preparing contracts, evaluating bids, and researching current regulations.

This growth has provided us experience from the perspective of a buyer, seller, lease dealer, open dealer, franchisee, owner, contract operator, and wholesale distributor, virtually all classes of trade within the gasoline retailing industry.

Responsibilities

 You should enjoy drafting and editing contracts, demonstrating excellent attention to detail abilities. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also possess in-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract agreements, and legal terminology.

 You will be responsible for supporting bids from pre-positioning, through to the conclusion of contract negotiations, including leading on the compliance and administrative elements of these bids.

 Negotiate contract agreements for fuel requirement.

 Prepare and edit contracts & Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner.

 Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives.

 Develop and implement effective procurement proposals.

 Research regulations to guarantee contracts are updated and in compliance with laws.

Requirement

- Experienced with responding to government solicitations, including RFPs and RFQs

- Broad experience with government contract

- Excellent research, reading & writing skills

- Strong ability in developing agreements

- Excellent negotiating interpersonal and contract management skills.

 Salary Range: ₹ 15000-20000/per month

 Work schedule: Monday to Friday & Shift hours can be 8:30PM - 10:30PM IST
