Job Description:
As a company, we provide cloud hosting solutions and also office IT support solutions.
I need an IT maintenance contract that prevents my customers from wasting my time with large volumes of requests. I want it narrowed down so that it covers mostly remote support with a response time of 24 hours, as they're currently always calling or whatsapp me and very demanding on immediate response. I need to protect myself better by limiting the hours, response time, nr of users & devices supported, the way of contacting us (must be logged in ticketing system) with details of the problem, limited number of days of on-site support and additional charges for out of scope services and projects.
I would expect you have more questions for me and suggestions to include further, so I suggest a call to start the project. I can also provide some of the AMC contracts I currently have with customers that I want to change/align to this new standard contract I'm trying for someone to put together for me.
