I have 3+ years experience working in Computer Vision projects using OpenCV, Python and deep learning algorithms. And overall 5+ years experience in ML and data science. Sample works: 1. ANPR - automated number plate recognition from a video feed taken from a parking lot and drive paths 2. Traffic counting - from a video feed of a busy highway. The project involved identifying the type of automobile along with the count of each vehicle type (car, truck, motorbike), the following distance, and speed 3. Classifying medical images using TensorFlow, Matlab and OpenCV. E.g., classifying the tumour as benign or malignant from lung CT scans (DICOMs) 4. Gender and age identification from a Kiosk video feed using Caffe and OpenCV Experience Summary: 1. Experience in Computer Vision, pattern recognition and related algorithms 2. Expertise in R&D and new algorithm creation or implementation based on technical papers 3. Good knowledge in dealing with videos, images, analytics, pattern recognition and mathematical concepts and algorithms 4. Hello First of all you will get a number of solutions to this problem over internet why do you want a custom made? Second, 99.5 is achievable but a lot depends upon your data-set. Do we have just number plates or whole car images/ one or multiple in the picture, moving or still and so on. Third, Windows/Linux is not really that big an issue because this app will need a computer with very big GPU and RAM, which is usually available in cloud only, a lot will depend upon your particular requirements. But I like this project and also I am working on this another project of image classification so I have a cloud set up already, we can do some work there as well.
