Hi I'm an electronic engineer with more than four years of experience in Arduino programming. I read your project description carefully and it seems to relate some projects that I have done previously. I have worked with touch displays on previous projects. So I can handle what you intend to do with this project. could you please let me know what your touch screen model is? On the clock side, we can create a menu system using the touch screen to handle the clock settings. I'm aware of the internal RTC of esp devices so surely we cam handle that as well. Considering low power mode, there is a way that we can keep the esp devices turned off and on timely interrupt, wake it up. we might be able to use that feature as well depending on your requirement.
