IoT Pressure Differential Monitor for Air-cooled condensors - hardware review/testing.

Each year food retailers and domestic air-conditioning users spend millions of dollars cleaning air-cooled condensers. Some of these condensors require more frequent servicing, some less frequent servicing. There is currently no solution available to accurately calculate the ideal cleaning time.
I have designed a device that I think will be useful in helping identify when to clean condensors.
A previous Freelancer has developed the PCB design and I am now seeking a Freelancer to help with the next phase of the project, building the PCB, developing the Firmware and testing the device.
The design uses Sigfox, specifically the STM32WL chip as well as a number of different I/O's for example NTC temperature probes and kWh logging using HLW8012.
If you are familiar with PCB design/testing and have a working knowledge of Sigfox/STM32WL then please get in touch.

I am looking for a Freelancer that can evaluate the PCB design I have and develop working firmware. Working will be defined as all I/O's working and transmitting Sigfox frames as specified. I have suggested project milestones in the attached PDF.
