Voting tabulator student ID identifier

Hello I'm new to the site and I want to get some experience and your little project sounds interesting. I want to work for it. I will try to make it exactly how you expect it to be. I will make a validation system using an 8 digit code number that will be stored in a file with its corresponding account. If the student dosen't put the right code the program will give an error message and then it will return too the menu.
