Help me to Perfect my Other Screenplay

Job Description:
I have another screenplay which is a children's fantasy adventure feature film. It is called "The Incredible Tale of Mr. Wogglebug" and is is currently 88 pages long.
I am looking for someone who can either write some extra pages into the script or at least help me to get ideas to better the screenplay based on the notes I've received. I want to better the script because I intend to someday have it made into a movie. I would also appreciate someone who had experience in screenwriting in the genres I am writing in.
It needs a lot of work in terms of structure and character development. To help understand just what I need help with I have attached the coverage report I received below.
