We are looking for a Zoho One operator expert to work with us over the long term to set up, and connect all apps to our business, to understand our company workflow and adjust accordingly.
We will be using almost all Zoho One applications, and thus will need you to develop, implement, integrate, update, maintain, and optimize our systems consistently. Perform basic and advanced level automations and workflows and customization in support of our objectives of improving company operations. Responsibilities (Tasks and Projects):
Managing ZOHO platform ensuring it works seamlessly across the company and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
Planning and delivering CRM strategies for all teams encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
Set up all apps that our teams require for all team projects, example: Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email
Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products / offers. - Field customization - Lead management - Client/deal workflows - Financial workflows - Automations - Analytics - Campaigns - Reports.
Extensive experience and current knowledge of Zoho One and Zoho applications products and services.
An understanding of the concepts and trends in direct and digital marketing, customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
Articulate communicator, experience with compliance, working with large-scale CRM databases, ideally ZOHO CRM, delivering these solutions in accordance with organisational strategies.
Approach to problem-solving will be logical and detailed, you will be able to articulate business requirements in both technical and non-technical language.
Conversational level of speaking and writing English.
Ability to document how a function works in detail. We will also be very detailed in our tasks and projects
Work with a budget between $5-$10 an hour for the first 3 months, then increase to $10-$15 per hour + bonuses effective month 4.
Can provide a minimum of 12 hours per month, for the next 12 months.
User for Excel/Google Sheets, g-suite, when necessary, for pulling/scrubbing/uploading data
Detail-oriented, organized, enjoy solving system problems, and making automation and efficiencies work.
