Create AMP theme and modified existing theme

Job Description:
I'm currently using a premium theme and I would like it to be modified and would like to make the AMP version.
Basically it means that you need to modified from the existing theme. Then create / update or make necessary changes for the AMP theme. The sample site will be given, just make the same exact one as their site.
The site is currently using AMP plugins.
Sample of website will be given.
Freelancer should :
1. explain in detail how to install / migrate the theme.
2. how to update the theme (in case if there are codes from the modified theme needed to change to import to new one)
3. how to edit the wordpress (if there are any, just explain which one is for which one)
