CSS JQuery Dropdown + Search Implementation

I am looking for somebody to create a search stype select/button dropdown that fits in with my current website theme.
Attached is the current design, the formats / views should not be changed, should remain exactly the same to fit in with other site buttons & features.

I don't mind having the above implemented or other, just so long as it does work & does fit with the design, that includes the drop down menu that is shown, not just the button looking the same & then a horrible search system appearing below it.
ABSOLUTELY 100% IMPORTANT:
This drop down box MUST be a part of my existing theme. IT MUST LOOK 100% THE SAME AS THE BUTTON IN THE SAMPLE CODE.
I am not interested at all in changing my theme, in having something that does not look like my theme, in anything but 100% identical. No hash jobs, no 5 minute drop the code from the example dropdown box above.
I specifically want a drop down box made that is in my theme. When I load up the example HTML code I have pasted it should look 100% identical - THIS IS IMPORTANT.
