I need a web artist / UI person

Job Description:
I have a very very small, simple website. It has 5 pages. Most of the content is updated weekly. What I have so far I hand coded in HTML/CSS/JS. It is very functional and provides the data displays I want. However, it looks horrible. I really need someone that can come in and spruce it up a bit so it looks nice. Most pages are HTML tables with some basic CSS formatting that report data, again updated each week. So I'd like to see those look as nice as possible, I'd like the site to work better on mobile, and I'd like some images tossed in that are on theme. I can cover theme and show what we have so far down the road.
