Prevent Fatal Errors on my Existing Website

Job Description:
I created my own website through Wordpress and it is hosted by SiteGroung. I recently had a fatal error on the site and it is related to the elementor-pro plugin:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method Elementor\Utils::is_ajax() in /home/customer/www/[login to view URL]:33
The plugin was temporarily deactivated by SiteGround. My website is now loading without errors; however, SiteGround tells me that almost all of the plugins are out of date and may not be compatible with each other and can cause various issues.
I am in need of a professional who can review the error of the plugin and review what is out-of-date and propose corrective solutions and to help me maintain updated themes and plugins to prevent future fatal errors.
