Wordpress fix and improvements needed

Job Description:
I have two websites with Godaddy managed ecom wordpress sites.
I have had a lot of issues with them and the configuration is all over the place.
I need to fix pretty much everything I think because it seems to affect my adsense earnings, they usually spike after midnight and then just freeze for the rest of the day.
I plan on adding revenue streams to them but I feel like I need to fix these core issues first.
Can anyone help me fix the issues, then correctly setting up adsense, analytics etc so I can continue working on them and monetizing the traffic?
