Custom shopping cart solution

I am in need of a specific shopping cart solution for my business. I manufacture custom wood guitar knobs and need a shopping cart that will allow the customer to build their desired product, all the while keeping a running tally of the base price of the product plus any options they may want added to it. Example: A customer wants Flame Maple guitar knobs. Great, they cost X amount. They then want to add some Abalone position dots to the knobs. This is an upcharge of Y amount. When added to the shopping cart, the total per knob is X+Y, and so on. There will need to be about 5-8 available options, each with it's own unique price. Each element of the product creation will need to be user definable. IE: Customer wants a base wood type that he/she defines and then adds position markers in a material also defined by the customer. I already have credit card processing and hosting. All I need is the shopping cart software solution.
I hope this makes sense to anybody but me.
