Client: Senior Admin Assistant
Duration: ASAP to 04/19/2021
Shift: 8am – 4:30pm (Training will be in-office 2-3 weeks and then Remote)

• Researches, obtains and enters missing information/demographics for completion of accessions.
• Monitors high volume of calls to resolve customer service inquires.
• Makes outbound calls to patients, carriers and/or any internal/external source as needed to resolve issues.
• Answers inbound calls from patients, carriers, and/or any internal/external source as needed to resolve issues.
• Responds to the patient through written correspondences if unable to resolve via phone.
• Site verify the information entered for accuracy.
• Maintain Compliance and HIPAA regulations at all times.
• Meet department quality and production standard.
• Work on special projects as needed.
