I am a company CEO and I am looking to hire a virtual assistant in order to provide support to myself and my existing staff. This virtual assistant must be working for a company (no individuals please). The perfect candidate would have the following stills:

- Strong English Speaking and Attention to Detail

- Strong English Spelling and Grammar and Attention to Detail

- Strong English Communication Skills and Attention to Detail

- Strong Email Etiquette Skills and Attention to Detail

- Strong Microsoft Office Skills and Attention to Detail

- Strong Negotiation Skills and Attention to Detail

- Experience with QuickBooks and Attention to Detail

- Experience with SalesForce and Attention to Detail

- Find Domestic Services and Attention to Detail

- Travel / Transportation Booking & Assistance and Attention to Detail

- Scheduling / Appointment Setting and Attention to Detail

- Schedule Future Tasks & Reminders and Attention to Detail

- Restaurant Reservations and Attention to Detail

- Messenger Service Coordination and Attention to Detail

- General Information Research and Attention to Detail

- General Purchased (Online, Phone-in, Flowers, Gifts, etc) and Attention to Detail

- Data Entry and Attention to Detail

- Internet Research and Attention to Detail

- Continuous Processes and Attention to Detail

- Document Editing and Attention to Detail

- Upload content to websites and Attention to Detail

- Manage online postings and Attention to Detail

- Coordinate and booking travel plans and Attention to Detail

- Visually documenting processes and Attention to Detail

- Customer Relations and Attention to Detail

- Vendor Relations and Attention to Detail

- Provide on a continual basis a “how to guide” of what you are doing for our team and how and Attention to Detail

The ideal VA must be able to communicate with me via several different mediums to include but not limited to (telephone, email, text and Skype).

The ideal VA must not only be able to manger his / her own assignment and requirements but also must be able to ensure that a team of individuals meet their required assignments and skills.

In addition the Virtual Assistant will assist me in building a support team made up of several individuals. This support team will be required to have the following skills:

1. Experts highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office and Attention to Detail

2. Experts highly skilled in the use of QuickBooks Pro and Attention to Detail

3. Experts highly skilled in the use of SalesForce and Attention to Detail

4. Experts highly skilled in Accounts Payable and Attention to Detail

5. Experts highly skilled in Federal and State taxes and Attention to Detail

6. Experts highly skilled in the use of Visio and Attention to Detail

7. Experts highly skilled and educated Electrical Engineer and Attention to Detail

8. Experts highly skilled in Graphic Design and Attention to Detail

9. Experts highly skilled in Employment Recruiting (Sealing people from our competitors) and Attention to Detail

10. Experts highly skilled in Website Design and Search Engine Placement and Attention to Detail

11. Experts highly skilling in Marketing and Attention to Detail

12. Support personal to ensure that I have access to basic skills to fulfill and address late night requirements and all night assignments, and last minute issues and Attention to Detail

I am sure that there is about a 100 other items I can think of but I think this will give you a general overview.
