ARE YOU HAVING GERMAN SPOKEN language proficiency? NO? => you can stop here I'm looking for a Virtual Service Agent to manage an array of incomming e-mails (Tickets) tasks to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for: - Answering customer inquiries in German quickly and efficiently - Processing orders by assigning it to the sales agents - Assisting with common support to mitigate customer issues (on website or booking forms) - Managing our inbox by eradicating spam and scam - ensuring tickets are processed by sales agents Ideally, you will provide these services during: - the CET/CEST timezone in two timeslots/twice a day .... slot1: from about 02:00am CET/CEST to 07:30am CET/CEST about 0.5-2h daily incl. saturday .... slot2: from about 12:00pm to 14:00/02:00pm about 0.5-2h daily incl. saturday (saturday can be also later afternoon, evening) .... slot3: would be nice also to have it on sundays 1 or 2 slots The ideal candidate should: - Be fluent in German - Have previous customer service experience Candidates with exceptional time management and multi-tasking abilities are encouraged to bid. Also you require to have excellent communication skills to colleagues and you can keep an eye on the colleagues to ensure that your assigned tickets are getting solved.

Hello, Ich bin Monika, seit 2011 freiberufliche Admin-Ninja. Ich interessiere mich sehr für den Job. Meine Lese- und Schreibfähigkeiten sind viel besser als meine Sprechfähigkeiten, aber soweit ich das nach der Beschreibung beurteilen kann, muss ich mich nicht mit ein- und ausgehenden Telefonaten herumschlagen. If you choose me, you should know that although I will be in the CET time zone for two months from March, the second half of the morning shift is not a problem. A clean email and ticket inbox is guaranteed for the start of the morning shift. For 2.5 years I was a customer service manager for an American MVNO and for 2 years I was a fulfillment coordinator for a transportation company where I also worked on a similar schedule. My reading and writing skills are much better than my speaking skills, but as far as I can tell from the description, I don't have to deal with incoming and outgoing phone calls.

Hallo, meine Muttersprache ist zwar nicht Deutsch (sondern Slowenisch), ich beschäftige mich aber seit 18 Jahren mit dem Übersetzen aus dem Deutschen. Seit 2016 bin ich auch im Kundenservice tätig. Im Moment kümmere ich mich um ein paar deutschsprachige Shops, wo ich täglich alle Tickets/E-Mails löse und auch PayPal- und Klarna-Fälle bearbeite. Über die Hälfte der Tickets ist Deutsch, die anderen Englisch. Die meisten davon sind Shopify-Shops, auch da kenne ich mich aus. Ich kenne Georgia's, ZenDesk, Freshdesk, ReAmaze, ....
