Hi, I am looking for a Malaysian customer service contractor for my e-commerce website. [login to view URL] Responsibilities: Handle customers' Messenger and Whatsapp messages/email Solve customers' problems Handle the orders with the supplier Upload products to the e-commerce website (when there's no messages/emails to reply to) Must-have skills/personality: Understand and can speak/write in English and Bahasa Malaysia Great communication skill Kind, patient, always treat customers well Hardworking and have great productivity Self-discipline and able to work alone at home Must-have tools: A computer Wifi connection The salary will be paid monthly.
