E-commerce company based in Miami is seeking a Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls. You must be fluid in English, proactive and able to multitask. You must ensure client creation and retention, and you must also undertake additional tasks.
- Have 85% English level or higher.
- Have (or be able to obtain) High Speed Internet (1 Mbps upload / 2Mbps dowload or better)
- Have a laptop or computer, and headset.
- Have (or be able to attain) another means of communication (personal landline or cell phone, for emergency purposes).
-Work is from home – Schedule is from Monday to Friday, from 03:00 am to 12:01 pm Miami Time
-1 hour to take the breakfast or rest
-Monthly Payment and just through Paypal accounts or Wester Union (you can use any third party account)
-All applicants must go through one week to be tested, If the applicant approves, the week will be included in the payment otherwise no payment will be done.
-The employee will receive commissions according to its entirely productivity (based con goals to be completed in one month)
-If the employee has any absence, this will be calculated and deducted from its monthly payment.
-An application must be installed to monitoring the activity of the employee due to this is a FULL-TIME-JOB **NOT FREELANCE**
- There is monitoring of the screen during work.
-The base salary is US$160/month + Commissions.
