Hi! With CSV into a fixed template the errors are never loud. A file saved in another locale turns 1.234 into one thousand two hundred, a column with leading zeros loses them the moment Excel guesses the type, a stray delimiter inside one field shifts every value in that row one column left, and the summary still adds up, just to the wrong number. Nothing warns you. So I do not import by hand. Each CSV is read with the types declared, not guessed, mapped onto your template by column name rather than by position, and then checked: row counts in against rows placed, per column totals compared before and after, and the summary sheet recomputed from the loaded data and compared to what the template formulas produce. Anything that disagrees comes back to you as a short list with file and row, and that is what you asked for by flagging anomalies. Before any payment: send one CSV and your template and I return that workbook finished, so you see the result on your own data. One question: how many files, and do they all share the same column layout, or do some differ?
