Dear Fellow freelancers. This is a project that is going to be a not-for profit. Although I am a good enough in using prog, I dont have programing knowledge (since other people does, than I dont have to)...

User access (login-membership)
Content 1 is Regular Public content.
Content 2 is limited to users.
Users: 3 type

Power User
User
Once loged in, user either posts messages (not a classical forum in the news groups) Any posted message is seperate.
I should be able to approve the post or should have choice to make it public or just for users.
And plus, I should be able to add more fields if I have to in the future.
