The key requirement is data integrity: every figure, label, and subtotal must carry over exactly as it appears in the source. Because the original layout spans consecutive pages, some tables will need to be re-assembled so they read continuously in the sheet. I am not concerned about recreating cell colours, borders, or text styling; plain, well-structured data is what matters here.
